I'm Eithan Tuyilingire, cofounder and CEO of Rulix. I'm studying
electrical engineering and computational data science at Michigan State,
and I move between code, electronics, and product work depending on what
I want to build.

Usually I start because I want something that does not exist yet, or
cannot justify buying it.

An AI copilot that helps export-control professionals research
classifications, inspect regulatory support, and produce reviewable
documentation.

Ghostpin  [Shipped, 300+ users, 2025]
A desktop iOS location simulator used by more than 300 developers and
testers working on GPS-based iPhone applications.

Okemos Solar Racing  [Team project, 2023]
Electrical systems and ESP32-based CAN telemetry for a solar-powered
race car.
Proof: Part of the electrical team when the car placed first in the 2023
Classic Division.

Custom DJ deck  [Work in progress, 2025-present]
A hand-built DJ controller that turned an attempt to save money into a
PCB-design education.
Proof: Three versions so far, and about 3x the cost of the deck I was
avoiding.
